It depends on the brick and the look you want. Limewash and mineral paints breathe and age softly, while standard paint is more uniform. We'll test a small area so you can see both.
When is the best time of year to paint outside here?
Late spring after the pollen settles and early fall are ideal. We paint through summer too, working early and following the shade.
Can you handle dozens of apartment turnovers in August?
Yes. Send us the move-out list and we'll schedule crews unit by unit so everything is ready before move-in day.
